The Kerala High Court will begin in-house live streaming of its Full Bench proceedings on Thursday, August 1, marking a significant move towards enhanced judicial transparency and public accessibility.
Unlike other courts that use external platforms like YouTube, the Kerala High Court has developed its own dedicated platform (High Court of Kerala - Live Streaming Courts) for this purpose.
The High Court explained that this initiative is part of a broader effort within the Indian judiciary to adopt digital technologies, making the legal process more open and accessible.
Today's proceedings before the Full Bench, comprising Justice A Muhamed Mustaque, Justice Shoba Annamma Eapen, and Justice S Manu is set to take place.
