Disgruntled Litigant Goes on Rampage, Vandalizes Family Court Judge's Car in Kerala

In a shocking incident that unfolded in Thiruvalla, Kerala, a disgruntled litigant identified as EP Jayaprakash unleashed havoc within the courtroom of judge GR Bilkul. The enraged individual, who had been undergoing examination, caused a commotion that left everyone startled.

However, the turmoil did not end there. Jayaprakash reportedly procured a spade from a nearby store and proceeded to inflict extensive damage upon the official car of the respected family court judge. The windshields and windows of the vehicle bore the brunt of his destructive outburst.

Law enforcement swiftly intervened and apprehended Jayaprakash, taking him into custody for further questioning. As investigations unfold, it has come to light that the litigant, who had chosen to represent himself in court, is entangled in numerous pending cases, including divorce, maintenance, and the return of dowry.

This incident serves as a stark reminder of the challenges and tensions often encountered within the legal system, urging authorities to reassess security measures for the safety of judges and courtroom proceedings.
