"Delhi High Court Denies Interim Bail to Manish Sisodia; Allows Limited Visit to Ailing Wife"
In a recent development, the Delhi High Court has denied interim bail to Manish Sisodia, former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and prominent Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader. However, the court has granted permission for Sisodia to visit his ailing wife for a limited period between 10 am and 5 pm on a convenient day. The court has instructed that during this visit, Sisodia should refrain from interacting with anyone other than his family members and must abstain from using his mobile phone or accessing the internet. The court has also emphasized the importance of providing the best possible medical treatment to Sisodia's wife and has suggested that she be examined by a medical board constituted by AIIMS. Sisodia has been in custody since his arrest by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on February 26, and he is also facing charges in a money laundering case filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
