Advocate Daleep Singh Kaith has been elected as the President of the Himachal Pradesh High Court Bar Association, as announced on Friday.
Kaith emerged victorious with 445 votes out of a total of 1,129, surpassing Senior Advocate Sunita Sharma and Advocate Ruma Kaushik for the position. Advocate Ajeet Singh Saklani was elected as the Vice President, and Advocate Aashish Anand was elected as the Secretary.
Notably, out of the 1,399 advocates eligible to vote, 1,129 advocates exercised their right to vote in the elections.
