CJI DY Chandrachud links fewer women in the workforce to the struggle of balancing work and home duties.

In a later address at the News18 SheShakti occasion, Chief Equity of India DY Chandrachud highlighted the tireless sexual orientation incongruities in India's workforce. The CJI also discussed how institutional systems often fail to accommodate the unique challenges women face, leading to high attrition rates and professional stagnation. He pushed that educate must be rebuilt to bolster ladies and other marginalized bunches who are frequently prohibited from administration and organizing opportunities​.
