Confirming the same, advocate Virag Popat, the vice-president of the GHCAA, informed Bar & Bench that it was an informal function. "It was a random and informal function. It wasn't organised by the GHCAA or any one else. It was just like some lawyers, who were sitting there in the Bar Room, started chanting Ram Dhun and others joined. I was passing by the Bar Room and saw the crowd so I went inside and they were distributing some Prasad to everyone," Popat said.  GHCAA General Secretary Hardik Brahmbhatt said that the chanting went on only for a few minutes and it wasn't during court hours.
