In the case of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) vs. Prem Singh, the Delhi High Court, directed over by Justice Manoj Jain, conveyed a noteworthy judgment on October 15, 2024. The court ordered the respondent to comply with the regulations and authorized the MCD to carry out its measures in accordance with the law.
