"This Court has requested Hon’ble Dr. Justice S. Muralidhar, former Chief Justice of the High Court of Odisha, to arbitrate on the dispute."

Conclusion

A copy of the Court's order was sent to each party, and the petition was dismissed in light of the aforementioned developments. The case emphasizes how crucial arbitral procedures are for settling business disputes, with courts telling parties to seek relief from the proper forum, particularly in situations when an Arbitral Tribunal is already established.
