The Allahabad High Court recently declined to grant any protection to a live-in couple who were allegedly facing threats after the Court was told that the two partners were still married to others and had not obtained a divorce from their spouses.Justice Renu Agarwal said that the Court could not support such a relationship as it would create chaos and destroy the social fabric of the country."The Court cannot support such type of relationship which are in contravention of law.
